You can cancel more than 24 hours before the session. Your tutor fee refund will be requested through Paystack. The booking fee is not refunded.

Refund Policy
ModuleTutor keeps refunds simple: the booking fee is non-refundable, and eligible refunds are for the tutor fee only.
Within 24 hours
Cancellation closes 24 hours before the session. If you cannot attend after that point, the booking remains active unless an issue is reported and reviewed.
Tutor no-show
If the tutor does not attend, report the issue from the booking page. After admin review, your tutor fee refund can be requested through Paystack. The booking fee is not refunded.
Student no-show
If the student does not attend, no refund is issued after admin review and the tutor remains eligible for payout.
How long refunds take
When a refund is requested, Paystack and your bank or card provider handle the processing time. The booking page will show the refund status we receive from Paystack.
