Learn honestly
- Use tutoring to understand your coursework, assignments, and exams.
- Do not ask tutors to complete graded work, tests, or submissions for you.
- Bring your own questions, notes, or examples so the session is useful.
Stay safe on-platform
- Keep payments, bookings, questions, and issue reports on ModuleTutor.
- Do not pressure tutors to move payment or communication off-platform.
- Do not share unsafe contact details, harassment, spam, or abusive messages.
Report issues
- If something goes wrong, use Report issue from the booking page.
- Tutor no-show reports are reviewed before refunds are confirmed.
- False or abusive reports can lead to account restrictions.
