Tutor Guidelines
These guidelines help students trust you and help ModuleTutor keep bookings smooth.
Be ready for sessions
- Arrive on time and use the Google Meet link from the booking.
- Prepare around the module and notes the student shared.
- Report a real session issue from the booking page when needed.
Teach ethically
- Help students understand their work. Do not complete tests, assignments, or submissions for them.
- Keep communication, questions, bookings, and payments on ModuleTutor.
- Treat students respectfully and keep sessions focused on learning.
Payouts
- Add accurate bank details in your profile before payout.
- Tutor earnings become available after completed sessions or confirmed student no-show outcomes.
- Cancelled sessions and confirmed tutor no-shows are not payable.
